How are savings implemented?
Once your savings are confirmed and approval is granted, we’ll contact your vendor, share your Membership ID, and they’ll update your pricing and confirm once it’s complete.
Is your pricing still valid if we are under contract?
Yes, all Bundl vendors are required to honor our pricing, regardless of existing contracts. Keep in mind, activation is much simpler than going through a contract renewal or bid process.
Why do vendors offer such deep discounts?
Vendors leverage our network to gain new customers and grow their market share. When members receive better pricing, they often choose to consolidate more of their spending with that vendor.
Do I need to purchase through Bundl?
Never. Bundl doesn’t require contracts, terms, exclusives, or spend minimums or maximums. All agreements remain between you and your vendor, so your procurement process stays exactly the same.
What if our pricing is better?
You're under no obligation to use our pricing. We'll provide a detailed report to validate savings by vendor before any activation. Savings will only be activated if they're favorable and approval is granted.
